They ensure data accuracy, maintain databases, develop dashboards, and prepare daily/monthly reports, playing a key role in tracking performance metrics and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Data Management & Analysis: Collecting, organizing, and cleaning data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems) to ensure accuracy. Reporting & Dashboards: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as creating interactive dashboards for senior management to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). Technical Support: Maintaining and upgrading computer systems, databases, and software applications. System Improvements: Identifying opportunities to enhance, automate, and streamline data processes to boost efficiency. Data Security: Ensuring data integrity and implementing backups to prevent data loss. Required Skills and Qualifications: Advanced MS Excel: Proficiency in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Charts. Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL or similar database management tools.
