Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our digital platform and retail medicine stores. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales operations within your assigned pincodes, focusing on merchant onboarding, order collection, and ensuring seamless sales operations.

1. Onboarding of Retail Medicine Stores

Identify and prospect potential retail pharmacy/medical stores within the assigned territory.

Conduct field visits to onboard new stores onto the platform.

Educate store owners and staff on the benefits of the platform, app usage, and operational processes.

Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are completed during the onboarding process.

2. Collecting Orders from Registered Stores

Visit existing registered stores daily to collect medicine orders.

Verify order accuracy and ensure that all prescriptions and special instructions are properly documented.

Act as the primary point of contact for stores regarding order placement, product availability, and delivery timelines.

3. Maintaining Sales Operations of Assigned Pincodes

Manage day-to-day sales operations within a defined cluster of pincodes.

Achieve monthly targets related to order volume, GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), and new store activations.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock-outs, and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Track competitor activity and market trends to provide feedback to the central management team.
