Business Development Manager/Sales Manager For Delhi.

For a Professionally Managed and Fast Growing Telecom and IT Solutions Provider and System Integration Company which is Offering Technology / IT Infrastructure, Services and Consulting Solutions .( Having Annual Business Turnover of around Rs 350 Crores )

Our Client is looking for high performing Business Development / Presales / Sales Professionals with proven successful experience in IT /ICT/ITES/Networking, Security/Surveillance/Telecom industry and Handling Government and Defense Clients.

Job Description

Participating in all open/Limited Tenders, Preparation of proposals, Preparation to completion of Pre qualification criteria of the tender.

Should be able to work as a representative of Client with all the Gov. Bodies/OEMs/PSUs opportunities.

Tender discussion with technical & Financial team and co-ordinate according to the requirements of tender.

Should be able to analyze competition prior to participating in the tender for submitting comprehensive. comparing and evaluating various proposals on sound grounds to select the best one.

Able to meet customers and OEMs for specific requirement related to tenders.

Generate new Accounts and Manage existing Accounts.

Follow up for order and Delivery with execution team for timely execution of the order and ensure timely payment without deduction

Person having Good Sales / Marketing and Business Development along with Pre-Sales Background from the above Industry / Products Background would be highly Preferred.

Female candidates with excellent communication skills would be Preferred.

Candidates with more than 7-10 years of experience would be preferred, should be willing to travel in India as per need.

Qualifications Desired : Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / IT.

Post Graduate Diploma in Sales / MBA would be added advantage

Experience Desired : 8-12 Years.

Age Preferred : Below 35 Years
