Job Description / Experience / Qualification Desired :

MBA From Premium Institute Background is required.

-10-12 Year of relevant experience, preferably with sales and marketing of high value Health and Fitness Products / Electronics and Consumer Durables / Office Automation Products and Systems.

-The main objective of the role is to liaison with existing business units to consistently deliver sales target.

-The role directly reports to the Director/CEO of the company and will be involved in key strategic decisions for the brand including global expansion, domestic revenue streams, and overall business strategy.

-The role entails constant coordination and representation in the Indian as well as overseas markets.

We are looking for a hands-on person who is willing to look beyond a customary desk.

Key Result Areas ( KRA) -

· Directly oversee existing business units across

· Execute (along with team) sales/revenue streams

· Act in an advisory capacity to parallel revenue streams

· Build and Maintain sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

· Maintain sales team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Age Desired Between 30 to 35 Years.
