Job Title: BAMS Doctor (Ayurvedic Physician)

Jeevan Ayurveda is a pure medicine-based Ayurvedic healthcare organization providing authentic and result-oriented Ayurvedic treatments. The clinic specializes in treating conditions such as piles (all grades), arthritis, PCOD, infertility, digestive disorders, skin allergies, liver disorders, and men’s health problems using personalized Ayurvedic therapies.

Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Consultation

Conduct OPD consultations and assess patient health conditions.

Diagnose diseases according to Ayurvedic principles and modern clinical understanding.

Prescribe customized Ayurvedic treatments and medicines based on individual patient conditions.

2. Treatment Planning

Develop personalized treatment plans including Ayurvedic medicines, diet plans, and lifestyle modifications.

Guide patients regarding pathya-apathya (diet and lifestyle recommendations).

3. Patient Follow-up

Regularly monitor patient progress.

Maintain proper follow-ups to ensure effective treatment results.

Adjust treatments based on patient recovery and response.

4. Record Management

Maintain accurate patient records and treatment history.

Ensure documentation of consultation notes, medicines prescribed, and follow-up status.

5. Patient Counseling

Educate patients about their disease, treatment process, and recovery expectations.

Build trust and ensure high patient satisfaction.

6. Clinical Coordination

Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth patient management.

Assist in maintaining clinic protocols and treatment quality standards.

Eligibility Requirements

Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)

Valid State Ayurvedic Council Registration

Strong understanding of Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment protocols

Skills Required

Good patient communication and counseling skills

Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making ability

Knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and treatment protocols

Ability to maintain patient records and follow-ups

Ethical and patient-centric approach

Experience

Freshers and experienced doctors both can apply

Preference will be given to candidates with clinical OPD experience

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)

Probation Period: 3 months
