About the Role AP Digital Innovations is hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Google & Meta Ads Specialist with experience in the Forex and Crypto advertising domain. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who has hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms and understands the compliance requirements within the financial advertising sector. The selected candidate will work directly with the client’s team in a dynamic, performance-driven environment, managing large-scale advertising campaigns and driving measurable growth

Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery) campaigns for Forex and Crypto products. Perform daily campaign optimization, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy improvements to maximize ROI. Manage conversion tracking, pixel integrations, server-to-server (S2S) tracking, and CRM postback integrations using tools like Google Tag Manager. Create and optimize lead generation funnels (Click Lead FTD) to improve customer acquisition. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio. Work on landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO) and provide insights to improve campaign performance. Ensure campaigns comply with advertising policies for Forex and Crypto promotions. Collaborate with design and strategy teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copy. Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets ranging from 20 50 lakh. Requirements 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Proven experience in Forex or Crypto advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of financial advertising policies and compliance requirements. Expertise in CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS optimization strategies. Hands-on experience with pixels, conversion APIs, S2S tracking, CRM postbacks, and attribution models. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Nice to Have Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification. Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets.
