Hindi Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled Hindi Business Analyst who can deliver high-quality English-to-Hindi translations with excellent accuracy, clarity, and consistency. The role also requires strong Business Analyst (BA) capabilities, including understanding project requirements, analysing content, and supporting documentation and reporting tasks. You will collaborate with multiple teams and ensure high-quality deliverables within timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES Translate English text into Hindi while preserving meaning, tone, and format. Proofread, edit, and format translated content with attention to grammar and structure. Prepare subtitles for videos and online presentations. Understand project requirements, user experience needs, and technical details by coordinating with the Project Management Team. Analyse and prepare content/data related to business strategies and create summaries or reports when needed. Track, verify, and document translation accuracy; maintain quality through version control. Collaborate with Ops, Marketing, and Client Services teams for content alignment. Provide daily/weekly status reports and meet target-based tasks within deadlines. REQUIREMENTS B.A./M.A., Hindi Literature or related fields. Strong communication skills in Hindi, both written and verbal. Proven experience as a Hindi Translator, Interpreter, or similar role. Fluency in Hindi and English with excellent proofreading skills. Ability to understand functional requirements and BA concepts. Knowledge of translation tools, content editing software, and documentation formats. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Good time management and ability to multitask across projects.
