Immediate Hiring CRO (International UK Process)

We are looking for dynamic candidates for the role of Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to handle UK-based customers.

Location: Kaloor Open Positions: 5

Salary Package: • Freshers: 18,000 20,000 • Experienced: 20,000 25,000 (Final salary based on interview performance)

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM / 1:30 PM 10:30 PM Perks: Free cab facility within 5 km radius

Job Role: • Handle inbound calls & emails from UK customers • Assist with billing queries & payment reminders • Pure customer support role No sales No targets

Candidate Requirements: • Excellent English communication (neutral/UK accent preferred) • Graduates (Backlogs acceptable) • Open to all genders & age groups
