HR Executive (1 3Year Experience)

Position : 1 Location:, Shivanahalli Village, Kanakapura Taluk, Bangalore Department: Human Resources Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Salary:25k per month (Based on interview and experience) with food & Accommodation available

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

Support onboarding and orientation of new employees

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy

HR documentation, letters, and reports

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related matters

Support in organizing employee engagement activities

Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination

Address basic employee queries related to policies, leaves, etc.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)

1yrs 3 year of relevant HR experience in manufacturing /Garments copamny

Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Immediate joining is a must
