Manager - Recruitment/HR for their Delhi Office.

Job Description/Responsibilities :

- Possess hands on experience in end to end and full cycle of Recruitment and Recruitment Process across various IT and Software Technologies and skills.

- Responsible for Sourcing, Pre screening, Shortlisting, Candidate Assessment, Schuduling Interviews, Salary Negotiation, Closing.

- Manage Complete Joining formalities, Induction and Training of employees. -Possess PF/ESI etc working knowledge.

- Would be responsible for maintenance of complete Leave attendence / Salary records and would coordinate with Top Mgmt.

Qualifications / Experience :

MBA-HR from reputed Institute.

Good in IT Technology Hiring and Recruitment.

Ability to work in challenging and Dynamic environment.

Should be self Driven.

Experience Desired : 7-8 Years of working in IT/Software Indistry.

Age Preferred : Below 30 Years.
