Inside Sales Representatives for hardware (IT or industrial) drive revenue from an office setting by identifying, nurturing, and closing leads via phone, email, and CRM tools. They provide technical product expertise, prepare quotes, manage customer relationships, and often collaborate with field sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities and Skills • Sales Activities: Generating leads, handling inquiries, negotiating contracts, and closing sales for hardware products. • Product Knowledge: - IT Hardware, software, Networking, Services, Security solutions based on client needs. • Customer Support: Providing post-sales support and managing client feedback. • Technical Proficiency: Using CRM systems and digital tools to manage sales pipelines.

Qualification • 1+ years- of experience in Soliciting business for Sales • Pleasing personality with Good Communication & Excellent presentation skills • Energetic and Aggressive Strategist with very positive attitude, business acumen • Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization. • Must be someone who has carried revenue/ profit margins targets through-out their career.
