Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for EarMart Hearing Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating patient leads, managing digital campaigns, and supporting clinic growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies Manage social media platforms, digital advertising, and SEO campaigns Create promotional content, banners, videos, and patient awareness campaigns Coordinate marketing activities for hearing camps, clinics, and events Monitor website performance and improve online visibility Work closely with audiologists and clinic staff for promotional activities Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local marketing campaigns Build partnerships with hospitals, ENT specialists, and healthcare organizations Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports Maintain and strengthen the EarMart brand identity Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field Minimum 2–5 years of marketing experience Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and branding Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred Strong communication and creative thinking skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms Preferred Qualities Passion for healthcare and patient awareness Strong leadership and team coordination abilities Creative mindset with attention to detail Understanding of local Maharashtra markets and healthcare audience Salary
