Job Title: Procurement & Purchase Executive Hardware & Networking Work Location: Juinagar West, Navi Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities: Following procurement policies. Comparing products and services to be purchased. Managing inventories, purchase pricing & records. Preparing budgets and reports. Making Delivery challans & Invoices Preparing Order Processing Preparing work orders Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications . Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements Undertake any other ad -hoc duties as assigned Manage supplier relationships, negotiate programs, select assortments, optimize support Develop and maintain sales plan- manage purchase plan, communicate forecasts to suppliers and resolve inventory issues Manage assortment productivity as well as price, promo and EOL activities Recommend marketing & advertising activities, manage approved activities Manage analysis of business, report out as required (WBR) Understand competition and customers Visit suppliers Recommend & manage activities to support business objectives Direct space plan to support business objectives (POG) Work with sourcing as needed to achieve business objectives

Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate should have exposure in managing vendors (OEMs / brands) for IT Product segment like Laptops, Desktops, Monitor, Printer, IT Peripherals and accessories . Also knows B2C, channel and distribution sales. Should have the knowledge of Tally.
