Regional Sales Manager/Head-Sales.

Qualification Desired :

MBA From Premium Institute Preferred.

Job Profile Desired :

- Should have 8 to 10 years of sales experience in products like Mobile Accessories or handsets or FMCG Products on a Branch level - Maintaining dealers and distributors network and appointing new channel partners and develop new territories. - Implementing the sales and marketing strategies through the channel partners. - Maintaining and controlling the credit and collections and handling the after sales services through a team of service engineers - Facilitating Product Development initiatives and provide customer feedback to carry out modifications in product attributes etc. - Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for redesigning sales and marketing strategies. - Formulating and implementing business plans for achievement of organisational goal in terms of achieving revenue and profitability targets. - Developing sales plans and ensure achievement of volume targets, market share and profit objectives. - Conceptualising and implementing sales and marketing strategies for acquiring business from new clients - Handling and coordinating with authorized dealers / distributors and business associates. - Appointing dealers in new areas and providing services to them. - Coordinating with stores and logistic department for timely deliveries. - Tracking the competitors activities from time to time. - Providing direction and support to the sales and service team team for better client servicing and Preparing periodical reports.
