Senior Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and administration of the hospital. The role includes coordinating with different departments, ensuring efficient hospital functioning, managing staff performance, and maintaining high standards of patient care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Coordinate with medical, nursing, HR, finance, and administrative departments.

Implement hospital policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

Monitor staff performance and departmental productivity.

Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.

Handle administrative issues, patient complaints, and operational challenges.

Support hospital management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements (such as NABH).

Prepare operational reports and present updates to hospital management.

Supervise hospital resources, facilities, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field

Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) / MBA in Healthcare Management (preferred)
