Telecaller (EdTech Sales)

Company: Moople Institute Job Location: Kolkata (Jodhpur Park New Alipore Sonarpur Serampore Chandannagar Sealdah)

Salary: 10,000 20,000 CTC + Incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 2 3 years of experience in telecalling, academic counselling, telesales, or education sales.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Language Requirement: Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective students and parents regarding courses. • Provide career and academic counselling to students based on their interests and goals. • Explain details about multimedia courses such as Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and 3D Gaming. • Generate and manage leads, convert inquiries into student admissions. • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM portal.
