Bangalore (Koramangala, Indiranagar, Rajajinagar, Shivajinagar), Mysore, Belgaum, Goa, Ballari, Gulbarga, Bidar, Dharwad

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive sales and business growth in the Cardio-Diabetic segment. The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Drive prescription generation for assigned products Execute company sales strategies effectively Doctor & Customer Engagement Promote products to Diabetologists, Cardiologists, and Physicians Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and chemists Ensure regular doctor visits as per coverage plan Territory Management Plan and execute daily field activities Ensure complete coverage of assigned territory Identify and develop new business opportunities Marketing & Promotional Activities Organize CMEs, RTMs, and doctor engagement programs Implement promotional campaigns effectively Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities and market trends Share insights and feedback with the reporting manager Reporting & Compliance Maintain Daily Call Reports (DCR) Update CRM systems regularly Submit accurate sales and activity reports Eligibility Criteria Graduate in B.Sc / B.Pharm / Life Sciences / Any discipline Minimum 1+ year of experience in Pharma Sales (MR/TSM) Experience in Cardio-Diabetic segment is an added advantage Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities Basic understanding of pharma sales and doctor engagement Good knowledge of local market and territory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales target achievement Doctor call average and coverage Prescription generation Territory growth Additional Requirements Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive attitude What We Offer Competitive salary + incentives Career growth opportunities in pharma sales Training and development support
