Qualification : BE/B Tech/ (Mech)/MBA/CIPET

Experience - 15-18 years of experience. In industrial sales & marketing/Business development of Capital goods

Urgent skills required: -

-Minimum 6-7 yrs experience on the same position,

-Strong Sales Administration skills along with capability for handling a team of 20-25 people.

Gross Salary / CTC Offered : Upto Rs 25-30 Lakhs PA for deserving candidate

Job Description / KRA-

1. To work as an IPC (Independent Profit Centre) by managing the annual budget.

2. Conduct market research to identify and prioritize market opportunities.

3. Understand client’s requirement by handling key account relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Assist with the analyzing, planning and development of organization’s objectives and strategic plans for developing business opportunities, achieving growth objectives and reaching financial profitability.

5. Ability to develop strategic plans for revenue growth.

6. Ability to communicate with customers at all levels both inside and outside of the organization.

7. Ability to learn quickly and to project that learning to the business needs.

Requirements Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

1. We need a candidate who has experience in industrial products’ sales & marketing such as injection molding machines, automation, solutions and plastics processing industries etc.

2. Candidates must have experience of strong Administrative Skills and experience of handling a team of 25-30 people.

3. Candidates should have good communication skills (Negotiation skills), administrative skills, resource management, time management, manpower management and good exposure in the plastics processing industry.

4. Having experience working with Top / Senior Management.

5. Must have good code of conduct, team and result oriented oriented approach.
