All personnel are well trained in all aspects of cGMP and in areas relevant to their activities. Manufacturing units are fully equipped with latest instruments in its Quality Control Laboratories consisting of separate Chemical, Instrumentation, Microbiology and Sterility, HPLC, HPTLC . GC and other require instruments.
The manufacturing unit has the most modern facilities to manufacture powders, liquids, gels, emulsions, bolus and capsules. The factory is utilises advanced technology, automatic packing lines for all the products. The quality control laboratory has modern and sophisticated facilities for chemical, microbiological and instrumental analysis. It facilitates monitoring and checking of the quality of all raw materials, processed intermediates and all finished goods along with packing material
