Divide active open requisitions by the recruiters currently carrying those requisitions. Keep sourcers, coordinators and hiring managers separate unless your own capacity model intentionally includes them.

How many requisitions should one recruiter handle?

There is no universal safe number. Role complexity, sourcing difficulty, hiring volume, process support and service expectations can change the workload substantially. Jobiba therefore asks for your own target.
