Executive Housekeeper

Oversees the housekeeping department ensuring cleanliness, staff management, inventory control, and guest satisfaction in hospitality. The ability to motivate and develop staff, set priorities, and plan and delegate tasks effectively. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, which is crucial for guest satisfaction. To supervise all housekeeping operations and to take daily inspection rounds of the hotel. Responsible for the stock and upkeep of all rooms and F&B linen in the hotel. To ensure that all equipment required for the cleaning and maintenance of room and public area are kept in good working condition. To organize pest control schedules for the entire hotel in coordination with other departments.
