Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into customers and generating repeat business from existing clients. You will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying prospects, building strong relationships, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend networking and community events to generate leads

Contact potential customers through calls and emails

Conduct market research and identify target prospects

Manage and categorize leads (warm and cold)

Present and demonstrate company solutions to clients

Upsell and cross-sell products as needed

Track sales activities using CRM tools

Meet weekly sales targets and report progress

Negotiate pricing for bulk deals

Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate referrals

Participate in training sessions for product updates

Requirements:

2 3 years of outbound sales experience (Education/ERP preferred)

BA/MBA in Marketing, Finance, or related field

Strong communication and presentation skills

Excellent networking and interpersonal abilities

Self-driven with a proactive hunter mindset
