Senior Product Manager

A product innovation company that supports the Transportation and Shipping industries to overcome their business challenges and be leaders in Digital Transformation is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager.

Job Role/Position: Senior Product Manager Industry - IT Work Location - Bengaluru Work Mode - ONSITE (Workdays - 5 days a week) Qualifications:- B.Tech / M.Tech (Engineering background) Required Work Experience:- 12-18 years Notice Period - 30 days

Role & Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

Align product initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals. Develop and execute product strategies and long-term roadmaps. Conduct market research and competition analysis to identify opportunities.

Product Development & Delivery

Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. Ensure product delivery within timelines while maintaining quality standards. Work closely with engineering teams developing applications using Angular and ASP.NET Core.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of developers and product professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Motivate and challenge the team to achieve product and business goals.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous product improvement. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with business development and sales teams to support growth initiatives.

Product Innovation & Improvement-

Introduce new product features and cross-product functionalities. Continuously gather customer feedback to improve product offerings. Drive innovation to enhance product value and market competitiveness.

Ideal Candidate (Mandatory Requirements)

Strong Senior Product Manager with past development experience profile. Must have 12+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years as a Product Manager in the recent career (last 3 years) Must have 3+ years of hands-on technical background in software development (Dot net and Angular stack preferred) Must have end-to-end product lifecycle experience, including product strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery Candidate must have B.Tech / M.Tech (Engineering background)

Note This is a tech-heavy Product Manager role, not a purely managerial/coordination role; profiles lacking hands-on technical depth should be rejected.
