As a Quality Analyst, you will support the Quality Manager and the broader team in maintaining quality controls, executing calibration reviews, and ensuring smooth auditing operations with our vendor partners. You will play a crucial role in validating audit accuracy, analysing performance trends, and identifying grading discrepancies, helping to safeguard platform integrity and streamline vendor quality processes. Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent interpretation of trust and safety policies across all vendor sites.
