Our data sources
Where Jobiba salary numbers come from
Employer-listed salary
Salaries listed on job postings power the role, city and company salary pages and Jobiba estimates. A job only shows an employer salary when the employer or source actually listed one.
Historical market snapshots
Salaries from past job postings are saved as monthly snapshots, which power the trend charts. Months with too little data are left out.
Private contributed salary
Self-reported and document-backed salary contributions remain separate. Individual rows never become public and do not automatically enter published salary figures.
