Send your jobs to Jobiba with a structured feed

Jobiba supports feed-based job ingestion for employers and partners. Provide a stable feed URL, select the format, preview the sample records, map fields where needed, and then let the scheduled feed workflow keep listings synchronized.

Start in Employer Dashboard →

1. Choose a feed format

Remote employer feeds support XML, JSON or CSV. The employer bulk-upload workflow also accepts CSV, XLS and XLSX files. Feed URLs must be valid URLs and scheduled synchronization can be configured from 15 minutes up to 7 days.

2. Required job data

At minimum, provide a meaningful job title and description. In practice, also provide location and a candidate application URL when available. Stable external IDs are strongly recommended because they give the feed a reliable way to identify the same job over time.

Required: title, description.
Recommended: location, apply URL, external reference/ID.
Optional: salary, job type, remote type, experience, skills and other mapped fields supported by the importer.

3. XML feed example

<source>
  <jobs>
    <job>
      <title>Software Engineer</title>
      <description>Build and maintain web applications...</description>
      <location>Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India</location>
      <apply_url>https://example.com/jobs/123</apply_url>
      <id>123</id>
      <salary>₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000</salary>
    </job>
  </jobs>
</source>

4. JSON feed example

[{
  "title": "Software Engineer",
  "description": "Build and maintain web applications...",
  "location": "Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India",
  "apply_url": "https://example.com/jobs/123",
  "id": "123",
  "salary": "800000-1200000"
}]

5. CSV feed example

title,description,location,apply_url,reference,salary_min,salary_max,job_type,remote_type,experience_level,skills
Software Engineer,"Build and maintain web applications...","Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India",https://example.com/jobs/123,123,800000,1200000,Full-time,Hybrid,Mid-level,"React,TypeScript,PostgreSQL"

6. Field mapping

The feed preview endpoint can fetch a sample from your URL and detect fields. It recognizes common names such as title, description, location, apply_url, id and salary. Custom field mappings can be configured by the employer integration flow.

7. How synchronization works

Jobiba fetches the configured feed on the selected schedule.
The feed is parsed according to the selected format and mapped into Jobiba job fields.
Matching jobs can be updated using their stable feed identifiers or configured feed mapping.
Feed health and synchronization status are available through the employer feed workflow.
A failed fetch or malformed response should be fixed at the source; do not replace a working feed with a temporary empty feed.

8. Feed quality checklist

Use HTTPS and keep the feed URL stable.
Return valid XML, JSON or CSV with a consistent structure.
Do not publish credentials or API keys inside the feed URL or job content.
Keep descriptions useful and current; avoid placeholder text such as 'No description' when real details exist.
Keep application URLs working and relevant to the listed vacancy.
Use a stable unique reference for each job so changes can be recognized.

9. Getting help

Use the support page for feed errors. Include the feed format, a safe sample URL and the error message or affected job reference. Never send secrets or authentication tokens.
