Use the service lawfully and provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not use Jobiba to impersonate others, distribute malware, abuse the platform, or interfere with other users.

Employers and feed partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality and relevance of the vacancies they submit. Jobiba may review, suppress, update or remove listings that violate platform rules or create a poor or unsafe experience.

Application instructions shown on a job can direct candidates to an employer or external application system. Candidates are responsible for reviewing the destination and the information they submit there.

Integration access is subject to applicable limits, authentication requirements and technical policies. Partners must not overload endpoints, submit deceptive content, or use access credentials for unauthorized purposes.

Jobiba's software, branding and original interface content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Users retain rights in content they submit, subject to the permissions needed for Jobiba to operate the service.

Features, limits and technical interfaces may change as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means the current published terms apply to ongoing use.
