The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in VBA, Power BI, Python, SQL, HR analytics, and dashboarding, with an interest in leveraging AI to improve HR processes and decision-making. This role will work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Business Leaders to build reports, automate analytics, and deliver meaningful workforce insights.
