Technical Project Manager India Jaipur, Rajasthan Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution Oversee end-to-end software development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment. Develop project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Identify risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate them. Technical Leadership Work closely with development teams specializing in PHP, Node.js, React, and mobile technologies (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter, or native development). Guide architecture decisions and ensure best practices in backend, frontend, and mobile development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and system specifications. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with company goals. Manage expectations and provide clear communication on project progress. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management within custom software development. Strong background in PHP, Node.js, React, and mobile app development. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
