About the Team The Integrated Marketing team sits at the center of product, brand, creative, media, research, and GTM work. We partner closely with PMM, Product, Developer Relations, Design, Comms, and agency teams to shape launches and campaigns that are clear, distinctive, and grounded in real audience insight. This is a growing function, so the team needs people who can both raise the quality of the work and build the operating model around it: bringing strong judgment, high agency, and trusted partnership to complex, visible moments. About the Role Developers and founders are building some of the most interesting things happening in AI. They’re starting companies, creating new products, and changing how people work. We’re looking for an integrated marketing manager who understands this audience and can shape how OpenAI shows up for developers, founders, startups, and engineering teams. That includes supporting campaigns around new products, creating meaningful developer experiences, and finding compelling ways to highlight the people and companies building with our technology. You’ll partner across Product, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Research, Brand, and Creative, along with external agencies and partners, to develop strategies and bring strong ideas to market. The right person understands technology, has good creative judgment, and knows how to turn audience insight into work that feels useful, credible, and worth paying attention to. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with three days a week in the office. About the Role We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own and execute joint go-to-market plans across a portfolio of strategic technology partners and independent software vendors. This role will turn ecosystem relationships into focused programs across launches, campaigns, customer proof, enablement, events, and demand generation that accelerate adoption, strengthen partner advocacy, and drive measurable business impact. You will work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Communications, and partner organizations to prioritize opportunities and move plans from strategy through execution.
