About the Team The B2B Marketing team helps businesses understand, adopt, and get value from OpenAI’s products. B2B marketing is a major and growing priority as we scale our work with companies, developers, and institutions around the world. The team works across field marketing, campaigns, customer storytelling, thought leadership, events, lifecycle programs, and executive communications. We partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Product Marketing, Communications, Finance, Recruiting, and company leadership to build programs that drive durable growth across enterprise and business audiences. About the Role We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager to own and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic cloud and technology partners. This role will translate partner priorities into integrated programs across campaigns, events, customer proof, enablement, and demand generation that build awareness, accelerate adoption, and support measurable business outcomes across enterprise audiences. You will work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Communications, and partner teams to move plans from strategy through detailed execution. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility, built for someone who can manage multiple workstreams, build strong partner relationships, and work through influence in a fast-changing environment. This role is based in San Francisco and follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week in the office. Occasional travel will be required. You’ll be responsible for: Create and execute distinct joint go-to-market plans with Google Cloud and Oracle across campaigns, events, customer proof, enablement, and demand generation, with clear goals for awareness, adoption, pipeline, and revenue impact. Our team brings that ecosystem to life by meeting advertisers where they already work, while also helping them discover new platforms and capabilities that can strengthen their advertising strategy. We partner with technology, measurement, agency, and other strategic partners to make it easier for advertisers to access ChatGPT Ads, launch and optimize campaigns, measure performance, and grow their investment over time. About the Role ChatGPT Ads is creating a new environment for how people discover products, evaluate options, and make decisions. As advertising in ChatGPT grows, our partner ecosystem will play a critical role in helping advertisers access, measure, and get more value from this new channel. We’re looking for an experienced individual to focus on ads partner marketing to help build and scale the partner marketing function for ChatGPT Ads. In this role, you will develop the strategy, programs, and go-to-market frameworks that activate our ecosystem of technology, measurement, and other strategic partners. About the Role We're looking for a Startup Partner Enablement & Programs Manager to bring our partner ecosystem to life through enablement, events, and programs to raise awareness of Supabase's value proposition to early stage startups. You'll own the materials, playbooks, and activations that help our partners - VCs, accelerators, incubators and entrepreneurship programs - successfully promote and build with Supabase. That includes organizing Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, running office hours, hackathons and VIP dinners, and turning relationships into repeatable, high-impact programs.
