Okta's Identity Governance (OIG) organization is looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Identity Administration team — a team that is directly responsible for one of the most critical and visible workflows in enterprise identity: how employees request, approve, and gain access to the resources they need. Opportunity As a Senior Engineer on the OIG Identity Administration team, you will be involved in development, design, and maintenance of our product to serve enterprise customers at scale. You will involve the development and evolution of our product features — spanning the across different identity entities and personas — and work collaboratively across engineering, product, and design to deliver features that are secure, scalable, and delightful to use. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, leads with craft, and is energized by the challenge of building enterprise-grade software that millions of users depend on. Job Duties And Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of feature areas — from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring Design, build, and ship high-quality, production-ready features across the OIG system, with a focus on correctness, reliability, and performance Quickly deliver high-quality bug fixes and handle customer-reported issues Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and hold yourself and teammates to a high bar for engineering quality Partner with our Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams for scoping the development and deployment work Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: 5+ years of experience with Java (Spring/Dropwizard) and/or Golang, with a deep understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous processing. Experience building high-performance RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services. Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and caching layers (Redis) at scale. Hands-on experience with AWS (Fargate, EC2, Lambda) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). You should be comfortable managing your own cloud resources. Strong proficiency with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions). Nice to haves: Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT tokens, specifically for service-to-service communication. Experience with Splunk, SignalFX, or Datadog for monitoring and troubleshooting production issues. Familiarity with Kafka or SQS for handling cross-org asynchronous events. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bitrix Administrator with 1 4 years of experience to manage, customize, and support the Bitrix24 CRM platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in user management, workflow automation, CRM configuration, and system administration. The candidate will work closely with business teams to improve productivity and optimize CRM processes. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Bitrix24 CRM platform. Configure CRM modules, pipelines, lead management, contacts, companies, deals, and tasks. Create and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls. Design and automate business processes and workflows. Customize dashboards, reports, forms, and notifications. Integrate Bitrix24 with third-party applications using APIs or webhooks (preferred). Troubleshoot user issues and provide technical support. Manage data import/export and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with development teams for custom enhancements. Monitor system performance, backups, and security. Train end users on Bitrix24 features and best practices. Prepare system documentation and user guides. Required Skills 1 4 years of experience as a Bitrix24 Administrator or CRM Administrator. Strong knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM modules and administration. Experience with workflow automation and business process configuration. Knowledge of user management, permissions, and CRM customization. Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
