What you’ll do at Jamf: At Jamf, we empower people to be their best selves and do their best work. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Jamf, you will be the post-sale partner for customers leveraging the Jamf platform to manage and secure Apple devices at scale. You will own the customer relationship across your book of business, driving engagement and value realization while partnering cross-functionally to support long-term retention and growth.
