The Asana Marketing team fuels business growth across revenue marketing, product marketing, brand, content, advertising, and lifecycle programs. We build campaigns, content, and experiences that drive impact at scale. As our Senior Copywriter, you will be the definitive creative voice across Asana's Brand Creative team—shaping how the brand speaks across every channel, medium, and moment that matters. This is a leaderful role as much as a writing role: you will define and steward our brand voice, set the standard for copy quality across the creative team, and bring language to life across campaigns, performance ads, sizzle reels, demo video scripts, and more. You will work at the intersection of strategy and craft—partnering closely with art directors, designers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders—to translate briefs into work that is sharp, original, and unmistakably Asana. You will also be a teacher and force multiplier: codifying our voice in frameworks and guidelines others can apply, mentoring colleagues, and raising the bar for written communication across the Marketing organization. You bring deep conviction and active curiosity to your work, including a genuine interest in how AI can augment the craft of writing. You know how to use these tools intelligently without sacrificing creative ownership, and you build workflows that help the team move faster without compromising quality or your own originality. This role is based in our Vancouver, BC office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
