What You Will Perform as a Systems Specialist: Develop, improve, and test automated workflows supporting the development of products, digital, and printed assets. Support User-Acceptance-Testing of new or updated workflows by fixing errors and implementing testers’ change requests. Propose and build solutions to help systems’ day-to-day users manage their workload and measure their performance through data dashboards. Build searches to pull data from systems to support reports developed or used by day-to-day users and Data Analysts. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new system users. Collaborate with Digital Content Specialists to define and apply conventions and guidelines for maintaining an organized and secure systems environment.
