About the Team The Twitch UX Monetization team is responsible for helping streamers monetize on Twitch through viewer engagement across our product experiences. A Senior UX Designer on the Monetization Team is expected to lead design work at the program level, work with senior XFN partners, represent work to executive leadership, guide and mentor junior designers and will report directly to the Monetization Director of Design. About the Role Designers at Twitch are involved in development from project conception all the way through execution and iteration. You will have the opportunity to do hands-on research and collaborate closely with engineers. Our products span across creator and viewer journeys. As a Senior Product Manager on the Discovery team, you will own the experience that helps viewers find creators worth coming back for, across search, browse, and serendipitous discovery in the live feed. Your work will focus on helping viewers form their first creator connection and every connection after it, because that bond is what turns an occasional visit into a daily habit. You will be the voice of the viewer for recommendations: defining what viewers want, surfacing what they are not seeing but should, owning the discovery roadmap, and partnering with our ML teams to turn those needs into better ranking and relevance. You will define and execute a product strategy grounded in customer needs, working closely with applied science, design, and engineering to ship and measure your way there. About the Role Platform Core Engineering (PCE) builds the foundational systems, frameworks, and tooling that Twitch's engineers build on every day. As a Senior Product Manager on PCE, your customers are developers, and your success depends on earning their trust. You will own a platform product area and be measured on whether developers actually adopt, rely on, and advocate for what you ship. This is a deeply technical, senior individual-contributor role. We're looking for a Localization Program Manager to own the operational core of our localization program — vendor coordination, content workflows, quality processes, and launch execution across 29 languages.
