About the Role We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy for some of the most critical product areas at Twitch: Trust & Safety and Community products. This role sits at the intersection of product development, community health, and growth—helping ensure that our platform remains a place where creators can thrive and communities can flourish safely. You'll be the marketing voice for products that protect our users, empower our creators, and strengthen the bonds within our communities. This means navigating nuanced, sometimes sensitive product spaces with empathy, strategic clarity, and a deep understanding of our diverse audience. You'll transform complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with creators, viewers, and the broader Twitch ecosystem and encourage them to adopt features that will help them grow and keep them safe. About the Role Platform Core Engineering (PCE) builds the foundational systems, frameworks, and tooling that Twitch's engineers build on every day. As a Senior Product Manager on PCE, your customers are developers, and your success depends on earning their trust. You will own a platform product area and be measured on whether developers actually adopt, rely on, and advocate for what you ship. This is a deeply technical, senior individual-contributor role. You are expected to be hands-on with modern AI development tools, to understand the technology you are shaping at a real level (not just at the surface), and to hold credibility in a room full of engineers. You can be based out of one of the Twitch offices including San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Irvine, or New York City. Our products span across creator and viewer journeys. As a Senior Product Manager on the Discovery team, you will own the experience that helps viewers find creators worth coming back for, across search, browse, and serendipitous discovery in the live feed. Your work will focus on helping viewers form their first creator connection and every connection after it, because that bond is what turns an occasional visit into a daily habit. You will be the voice of the viewer for recommendations: defining what viewers want, surfacing what they are not seeing but should, owning the discovery roadmap, and partnering with our ML teams to turn those needs into better ranking and relevance.
