Ihre Rolle In dieser Schlüsselposition übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für Financial Controllership, Reporting und Governance innerhalb der deutschen WPP-Gesellschaften. Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den lokalen Finance Teams, den Market CFOs, den regionalen Finance-Funktionen sowie unseren Shared Service Centern. Gleichzeitig begleiten Sie die finanzielle Transformation von WPP Deutschland und stellen sicher, dass lokale regulatorische Anforderungen, Governance-Standards und operative Prozesse nachhaltig in die zukünftige Organisationsstruktur integriert werden. Ihre Aufgaben Financial Reporting, Governance & Compliance Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von IFRS-, HGB- und konzerninternen Richtlinien Verantwortung für die Qualität und Integrität der Bilanz sowie aller relevanten Finanzdaten Steuerung und Begleitung externer Wirtschaftsprüfungen Sicherstellung der SOX-Compliance einschließlich Kontrollen, Testierungen und Maßnahmenverfolgung Verantwortung für die Konzernkonsolidierung
