Job Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve KPI’s both activity based & revenue based by aquiring new Distributors & Partners & driving pipeline build & revenue wins in your region. Develop and execute channel sales strategies that align with Hexnode’s business objectives and meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Build product and domain expertise by understanding product functionalities, market positioning, competitive landscape, product-market fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, prospects, and customers across various geographies. Own and meet assigned sales targets by working closely with partner sales teams. Collaborate with various internal functions like presales, customer success, marketing, and support to ensure seamless support for partners and customers. Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute co-marketing programs and campaigns that support lead generation and revenue growth. Understand local markets thoroughly including factors influencing buyer’s decisions like the economy, technology, and so on. The Position The Coordinator, Payroll Client Services is responsible for resolving customer payroll inquiries and supporting smooth payroll operations. The role focuses on learning payroll processes, mastering support workflows, and resolving standard client issues efficiently. Coordinators rely heavily on documentation and established escalation paths while developing foundational payroll expertise. Success at this level requires strong attention to detail, clear communication with customers, and the ability to follow structured operational processes. As Coordinators gain experience, they are expected to resolve a broader range of payroll inquiries independently and deepen their understanding of payroll systems and regulations. Responsibilities Client Issue Resolution Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll processing, discrepancies, and platform usage. Ensure timely responses via email, chat, phone, and other channels that meet service level agreements (SLAs). Handle customer inquiries according to defined workflows and expectations, such as Remote values and Remote Customer
