Key Responsibilities Front Office & Reception Operations Welcome and assist employees, visitors, clients, candidates, vendors, and VIP guests in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception, lobby, meeting room, and front-of-house environment. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries professionally. Provide workplace support including wayfinding, meeting room assistance, and general site information. Conduct routine inspections of front-of-house and workplace areas to ensure readiness and service quality. Ensure reception coverage is maintained during operational hours. Visitor Management & Security Manage visitor registration, check-in, and check-out processes through the Visitor Management System (VMS). Issue visitor and temporary badges in accordance with company security procedures. Coordinate visitor arrivals with employee hosts and ensure all visitors are properly escorted while onsite. Support badge verification and access control procedures to maintain workplace security standards. Escalate security concerns, sus
