About the role We’re looking for a Reseller & Ecosystem Programs Lead to build the ChatGPT Ads reseller program from the ground up and design ecosystem programs that accelerate advertiser adoption, partner productivity, and revenue growth. This role will define how OpenAI works with resellers and ecosystem partners across the Ads business: who we partner with, what motions they own, how they are enabled, how performance is measured, and how incentives should work. The ideal candidate has built reseller, channel, partner, or ecosystem programs in digital advertising, media, adtech, marketplace, or platform businesses and knows how to balance growth, control, customer experience, and platform integrity. In this role, you’ll: Design and build the ChatGPT Ads reseller program, including partner segmentation, eligibility criteria, commercial model, operating model, onboarding, governance, and performance management. The Tax team is a vital part of OpenAI, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations while optimizing the company's tax position. We work closely with various departments to provide tax insights and strategies that support the company's growth and financial objectives. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Manager, International Indirect Tax Compliance to own and continuously improve our end-to-end international indirect tax compliance process. This role will be responsible for driving timely, accurate compliance; maintaining audit readiness; and building scalable processes that improve visibility, control, and efficiency across the Tax function. You will oversee obligations across VAT, GST, DST, and other indirect tax regimes as OpenAI continues to expand globally. You will partner closely with colleagues across Finance and external service providers to ensure that tax compliance is well-controlled, well-documented, and supported by reliable data and processes. The ideal candidate brings deep international indirect tax compliance experience, strong judgment, and a genuine passion for leveraging technology to streamline and improve compliance operations. We’re looking for a performance-focused operator who can drive large-scale sales execution through vendor partners, rather than someone primarily focused on vendor relationship management. You will own regional and site-level performance across Tier 1 partners, with responsibility for sales performance, quality, forecasting, governance, operational readiness, and vendor leadership accountability across multiple sales motions.
