This leader will drive the evolution of the platform as we migrate to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), modernize our software development lifecycle, improve performance and scalability, and establish the technical foundation for personalization, experimentation, AI-enabled workflows, and product-led growth. Leading a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Web Engineers, and specialized contractors (Business Analysis, QA, Scrum Master), this role will champion AI adoption across the web development lifecycle while delivering a best-in-class developer experience and partnering closely with design, marketing, and product teams to maximize business impact.
