About the role As a Forward Deployed AI Strategist , you will serve as the lead technical strategist embedded with our customers. You'll own the end-to-end design of AI-driven business transformation projects from understanding domain-specific needs to architecting scalable agent-based solutions using DevRev’s platform. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise architecture, AI solutioning, customer empathy, and cross-functional collaboration. About the Role: As a Forward Deployed Engineer at DevRev, you will work closely with our pre- and post-sales Customer Experience team by developing solutions over the core platform via applications written in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, etc. One of the key functions of this role is, building the Knowledge Graph that includes integration of DevRev with other SaaS and non-SaaS systems through webhooks and APIs and/ or real-time communication architectures. You will be expected to employ your creativity and expertise to ideate and shape how AI, analytics and workflows are used in customers' processes. About the role: We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help build and evolve the data platform that powers critical business decisions and customer-facing experiences. You will own significant parts of our data architecture that is main powerhouse of DevRev Computer’s memory for accurate and efficient Answers. As a part of data team, you will design and operate scalable data systems, and work closely with Software Engineering, AI Agent teams, Data Science, and Product teams to turn complex data requirements into reliable, high-quality data products.
