We are building one of India’s largest commercial video data collection networks and looking for highly driven field operators who can build teams, close business deals, and drive on-ground operations. This is not a desk job. This role is for hustlers who can operate independently, unlock locations, manage people, and deliver results. What You’ll Do Visit factories, shops, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, garages, and other commercial businesses Convince business owners to allow commercial video data collection Build relationships and close partnerships Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs) Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality Expand into new categories and new areas Who Should Apply Field sales executives Business development executives Vendor onboarding professionals Operations hustlers Team leaders who can manage field staff What We’re Looking For Strong communication and convincing skills Ability to hire and manage teams on the ground Ownership mindset and high energy Comfortable with travel and field work Ability to work independently without constant supervision Earnings & Growth 💰 Earn ₹60,000 to ₹4,00,000/month based on: Hours delivered Team performance Categories unlocked Operational consistency High performers can grow fast and handle multiple cities/regions.
