The Role The ADM Support team handles all client inquiries related to Addepar's Alternatives Data Management (ADM) solution post-implementation. ADM Support Analysts play a critical role in supporting some of the world's most sophisticated investors, answering questions and resolving issues related to their alternative investment data on the Addepar platform. They ensure clients get the most value out of each interaction by providing accurate, timely guidance across the full scope of ADM functionality. Our ideal candidate is tenacious about tackling problems, can skillfully coordinate with internal teams, and enjoys working directly with clients in the alternative investments space.
