About the role: As the Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Atlas' Health & Safety (H&S) program across 160+ Atlas countries. You will work closely with the Director of Risk & Compliance to design and implement a global occupational health & safety (OHS) program from the ground up, tailored to the diverse industries and risk profiles of Atlas' EOR client base. Hands-on Configuration experience on: HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), Workflow, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, Personalization and PL/SQL Should have good knowledge on Fusion Cloud architecture, setup manager and activities. Has hands-on functional/product and technical experience; and worked with L1/L2/L3 level support; and/or equivalent knowledge.
