Title and Summary Manager, Tax Overview: This role is responsible for supporting global employment tax compliance, advisory, risk management, and project execution activities. The role serves as a key technical resource and works closely with regional stakeholders and external advisors to ensure operational excellence and compliance across global employment tax processes. Role: • Support internal stakeholders on federal, state, and local employment tax compliance activities, such as reviewing tax notices, statutory tax filings, and reconciliations • Assist in research to support tax positions, resolve multi-state withholding issues, reciprocity agreements, nonresident allocation questions, and cross-border tax implications • Assist in taxation and reporting of equity compensation and incentive plans (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, ISIP-type plans) across jurisdictions, including year-end true-ups, and recharge arrangement considerations. • Provide tax guidance to cross-functional partners on the employment tax implications of compensation, benefits, travel & expense programs, and remote/flexible work arrangements globally. • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop processes and procedures to ensure accurate tax reporting and withholdings on employee compensation and benefits including long-term incentives and bonus

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end Onboarding and Off-boarding, leading the Internal Committee for PoSH compliance, ensuring Indian statutory compliance, and supporting HRBP activities. Responsibilities 1. Onboarding & Offboarding Lifecycle Onboarding: Own the entire new-hire experience from offer acceptance to day 30/60/90 integration - ensuring document verification, background checks (BGV), system access, and orientation. Offboarding: Manage seamless exit processes, including resignation handling, exit interviews, asset clearance coordination, full & final (F&F) settlement coordination, and exit analytics. Continuously refine onboarding and offboarding workflows to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency. 2. PoSH Committee Management & Employee Relations Serve as the primary lead/Presiding Officer/member for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Internal Committee (IC) . Ensure 100% compliance with the Indian PoSH Act, including organizing mandatory awareness sessions, annual filing, and managing IC meetings. Handle s
