What You’ll Do: Support operations associate in hosting teleconferences across sectors in APAC Contact clients to determine event interest, confirm predetermined advisors Send invitations to clients and oversee client RSVPs and compliance Manage all correspondence with advisors prior to meetings Assist in maximizing attendance at events, ensure events runs successfully and conduct post-event cost analysis and review client charges Assist in managing internal documents Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via the scheduling of advisors for breakfast/lunch meetings agendas and teleconferences Provide the team with all relevant materials for the events including PowerPoint slides, event signage, and brochures. What You’ll Do: Conduct bottoms-up company research including reviewing earnings releases, reading investor presentations and analyzing regulatory filings Moderate teleconferences on timely topics featuring an expert from Guidepoint’s network with the goal of producing actionable insights for buy-side and PE clients Work with our AI team to systematize diligence questions with the goals of automating certain fundamental research solutions Generate ideas and follow key investor views among relevant strategies within European credit Can be an in-person position or a fully remote work-from-home position What You Have: Must possess exceptional written and spoken English skills at a professional level Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree 7 years or more of deep fundamental analyst experience ideally in a Private Equity setting Must follow a bottoms-up, fundamental approach to investment research focusing on individual companies Has prior experience covering single name corporates on either the sell-side or buy-side. What You’ll Do: Work closely with the Insights team to execute teleconferences that will cover a wide range of sectors including tech/media/telecom, consumer, industrials/materials/energy, healthcare and financials Proactively monitor pipeline of upcoming call topics so experts can be identified or selected 1-2 weeks before scheduled call date Utilize the phone, LinkedIn, and outreach to recruit new Advisors to join the Guidepoint network and communicate with potential experts to answer questions or discuss/verify their credentials Recruit new advisors to join the Guidepoint network, using a variety of outreach tools and resources provided.
