Join a team of curious problem solvers that celebrates differences, leads with empathy and values inclusivity. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own the technical customer relationship end to end. You run discovery independently, design integration and agentic workflow architectures for complex enterprise problems, and deploy solutions live with customers — often before they know exactly how to articulate what they need. You write optimized, production-grade code at speed, grounded in strong data structures and algorithms fundamentals, because compressing the time from customer problem to working solution is how FDE delivers its value. You bring genuine innovation to hard problems — your solutions are technically sound, elegant, and often non-obvious. You are the primary technical contact for 2–4 major enterprise accounts, you mentor FDEs on the team, and you are building the skills that will take you into Staff-level technical leadership. What You'll Do Own complex integration and AI agent implementations end-to-end — from technical discovery through go-live and post-launch enhancement — as the primary technical contact for 2–4 enterprise accounts Design integration architectures with explicit attention to error handling, retry logic, observability, failure recovery, and multi-system authentication Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that orchestrate supply chain operations — from requirements through production, including regression testing and validation before each customer deployment Deploy AI agent workflows live with customers present — configuring and troubleshooting in the room during customer calls, not gathering requirements to build later Run customer discovery

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will build and own machine learning models that power core prediction problems across the FourKites platform — including ETA/ATA forecasting and message-based status extraction. You will work end-to-end, from data pipeline to production deployment and monitoring, turning noisy real-world logistics data into models that run at scale and directly move the needle on customer outcomes. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams, hands-on building and shipping models yourself while also guiding the technical direction of other data scientists on the team. What you'll be doing: Design, build, and productionize ML models for problems like ETA/ATA prediction, using regression, classification, and time-series forecasting techniques Develop NLP/LLM-based extraction pipelines for message-based ETA and status updates (text extraction, entity recognition) Own models end-to-end: data pipeline → training → deployment → monitoring → retraining Work with noisy, real-world logistics and supply chain data (GPS pings, check calls, carrier data) rather than clean, pre-processed datasets Diagnose gaps between offline evaluation performance and live production accuracy, and drive fixes Build and maintain automated training/retraining pipelines using orchestration tools such as Airflow Set up and maintain model monitoring and observability (e.g., Grafana) to catch drift and degradation proactively Replace manual or rule-based processes with ML-driven automation (e.g., automating manual check calls) Translate model performance improvements into busin

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll join a 10-person team focused on data integrations (shippers and carriers moving in and out of the FourKites ecosystem) and our active AI agent workstreams — including a support automation agent handling 60-70% of customer tickets, a voice agent that calls carriers to gather and update information, and an end-to-end carrier onboarding agent (email + voice). You'll work on features end to end (~75-80% backend, ~20-25% frontend) using Python, Java/GoLang, agentic frameworks like LangGraph, React, Redis and PostgreSQL. You'll develop products that change the logistics landscape for some of the biggest corporations in the world, and work closely with our US team and customers to shape the future of the industry.
