Track expenses and compile expense reports for the leader using Concur. Maintain a highly organized system to help manage important correspondence and sustain an efficient internal workflow. Act as “the glue” between clients, partners, vendors, and internal associates, keeping important initiatives on track and communication streamlined. Conduct appropriate research, prioritization and follow ups on incoming and upcoming tasks, and determine appropriate course of action. Suggest and implement ways to improve processes to help workflow efficiency. Develop plans and help manage events such as team building off-sites, workshops and board meetings. About the Team The international team evaluates, plans, and executes market entry strategy in key international markets, with direct ownership of local execution and operations.
